Outstanding Service Brings Home National Award

Grimsby, ON (September 23, 2019) — Carolyn’s Communications Inc. of Snellville, GA has been honoured with the exclusive 2019 Award of Excellence for 6 years.  The Award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery. Carolyn’s Communications Inc. was presented with the Award recently at the CAM-X 55th Annual Convention and Trade Show held at the Fairmont Macdonald Hotel in Edmonton, AB taking special placement with TOP TEN in the 2019 program.

Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services over a six month period.  The scoring criteria includes: 
–  Response Time
–  Courteousness of Rep
–  Accuracy of Call 
–  Knowledge of Account
–  Overall Impression of Call

Carolyn’s Communications Inc., of Snellville, GA has been honored with the exclusive ATSI 2019 Award of Excellence for the 8th year. This award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of telecommunications and call center services including telephone answering and message delivery across North America and the UK.  Carolyn’s Communications Inc.  was presented with the award at ATSI’s 2019 Annual Convention held at the OMNI Dallas Hotel, in Dallas, TX.

Independent judges are contracted by ATSI to evaluate message services over a six month period.  The scoring criteria includes:
